Does Apple Watch Use SDNN or RMSSD for HRV?

Wow we are really getting into the weeds now! It uses SDNN and I quote: “HealthKit uses SDNN heart rate variability, which is calculated using the standard deviation of the inter-beat (RR) intervals between normal heartbeats (typically measured in milliseconds).”
