Why Don’t You Look At Other Data Like Sleep?
We initially started looking at other data like sleep and resting heart rate, but the nature of HRV is that it should encompass everything your body is responding to, so lack of sleep or illness which is raising your resting heart rate will be reflected in HRV too.

We have now incorporated sleep into the app, however this does not alter the comment above because we are including it to show context rather than as a metric that will change your RTT score.
So you can now look at your sleep stages and it may help you understand why your RTT score is where it is.
