The Apple Watch Training Today App


The Apple Watch app is simple to use but provides the core data for easy access:

The main screen

The main Apple Watch screen shows your recent RTT chart. Use the Digital Crown to scroll through the week. If you see a workout icon appear (as shown below), it indicates that a workout was logged at that point.

Tap on the chart when you see the workout icon to bring up some details of the workout (as shown below)
