Intensity and Smoothing Settings (v1.5 or earlier)

Settings (version 1.5 or earlier)

There are two settings to can adjust in Training Today, available by long pressing on the Apple Watch app screen as shown below.

Intensity simply moves the whole chart higher or lower so the rating goes up and down overall. This is so you can make adjustments if our calculation of your baselines values (taken from the last 60 days) is out for whatever reason or if you feel like working harder (or not so hard) for whatever reason

Smoothing: If you get a lot of HRV readings in a day, the chart can look very “jagged” - increasing the smoothing value will level it out more so there are not such dramatic changes.
