The Chart Looks Wrong For Me - How Can I Fix It?

We recognize that athletes respond in different ways to setbacks or recovery so we have added two variables you can set to adjust the algorithm to your particular needs:

Just force press on the app screen to get to settings on your Apple Watch.

- Smoothing -We use a moving average to smooth the chart. The default value of 0 can be changed to anything from -10 (very little smoothing, and you will see a lot of variances) to +10 which will keep the chart much smoother and will vary less.

- Intensity - We read HRV from your Health data and calculate a baseline from the last 60 days.  If you feel overall the intensity of the recommendations for you should be higher or lower (represented by the blue band in the chart) you can increase or decrease it manually which will change them accordingly.
