What Are You Doing With My Health Data?
The app needs access to your Health Data to work (currently only HRV) and you will need to give permission for this on iPhone and Apple Watch.
We never personally see this data, and it is not sent to any cloud service - in fact, it never leaves your iPhone and Apple Watch.
In the future, we may ask if you would like to help us make the app better by sharing some Health data so we can use it to train an AI model that we will eventually move to. However, this will be entirely optional and not required for the app to work.
