How to Read the iPhone Charts and Data

There is a wealth of information available on the iPhone app.

Viewing Full Guidance

You can tap the RTT score at the top of the screen for your current reading and get a detailed description and guidance provided by our coaches.

If you have bought the extra charts and data then you can also tap on the smaller RTT score as you drag through the weekly chart.  You will then get detailed info for the RTT score for that day.

Scrolling through the Week

If you have bought the extra charts and data you can scroll through the selected weeks' data by dragging your finger across the chart.

Viewing Historic Data

If you have bought the extra charts and data you can go back through historic data from the last 10 weeks and view your RTT scores and activities.  Just tap on the week you want in the top chart.  This top chart also gives you a view of your HRV over time which is an indication of overall fitness (a rising HRV indicates improving fitness). The line colour for the HRV data is based on your current week's (not selected week) average scores using the same colour scheme as the score badge.  So there are 5 colours each going from lowest to the highest average score in this order: Red, Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue.

Viewing Resting Heart Rate

Resting Heart Rate is another indicator of overall fitness, in this case generally the lower the better.  You can toggle your resting heart rate (RHR) with the switch on this screen.

Reviewing Workout Information

Workout data simply provides context to help you understand your chart.

The bottom chart shows any logged activities that you have in Apple Health.  You can spot these easily with the small triangle above the chart and tap or drag your finger to them.

Note that we do not need you to log every activity in order to calculate your RTT score, that is calculated from your underlying physiological condition based on your HRV data.

For each activity, you see the duration, active calories and distance.  The bars next to these represent the relative proportion of each item for the selected week.
